Sorry I haven’t been posting a lot of pictures:/ I’ve been getting home really late from the gym and my diet has been really poor…

Anyways… I ran 3 miles in 34.11 min! Kinda slow, but not too bad.

Did 3 sets of the following:
20x lunges onto a raised surface
20x up and over on a raised surface
30x reverse crunches
1 min plank hold w/ feet elevated
1 min wall sit
20x side plank hip taps

And then to top it all off, I ran another mile in 9 min :) all around a great work out day. Now I need to get my diet back on track:/ so hard to stay motivated.

Need that summer body now

I did NOT want to go to the gym today. I was so tired and had a TERRIBLE weekend. But the only way to get my body where I want it to go is dedication. It was a beautiful day to go to the beach, but I passed up the lovely weather to spend an hour and a half in the gym. I ran the hardest 2 miles of my life. I could barely do it, my body did not want to go. Then I did plank holds 2 sets of 1 min elevated both regular and side. 2 sets of 2 squats. 2 sets of 1 min wall sit. 2 sets of leg lift reverse crunches. 60 regular crunches. 2 sets of 20 elevated lunges. I think that’s about it. Whatever it was, it kicked my butt and can’t believe i worked out today. It was worth it, I’m glad I didn’t skip today:)

2 mile warm up:) did the four above, weights, and 20 squats! So tired. Didn’t want to do any work out whatsoever, so I’m proud of what I accomplished!

School until 230… Thought I was going on a small trip so I packed for an hour, then I had work till 810ish, and the gym closed at 9 :( didn’t have enough time to make it to the gym today which makes me sad. I was so happy with my progress and wanted to push myself even harder today.

I caved and ate 3 rolled tacos… It’s so hard not to eat Mexican food when you live in San Diego, it’s just too good.

For each taco I ate today, I’m planning on running a mile:) so 3 miles plus my regular warm up and I’m trying a new workout for my butt! I wanna look good this summer

I made a goal this morning that I was going to run until I thought I would die… With that being said; I ran a total of 3 1/2 miles today at the gym! Couldn’t be happier:)
